Day One - Just do It

To any and all reading this informative blog. Step one to getting in shape is to get activated! Go to your local health club, talk to a professional trainer and do it right. People come in all shapes
and sizes, so whatever shape you are you must embrace it and treat it with respect. There comes a time when your body pushes back, telling you to take the reigns and get of your duff.
If you feel unhealthy this is your bodies way of letting you know it needs change. Take the hint and get it moving. I'll be here to support the general public in whatever way I can, so pick my brain and lets get activated!
